How We Work
- Attorneys lead every matter. A licensed attorney reviews legal work before it goes to a client and remains accountable for the advice, judgment and strategy.
- Technology, including AI, supports research, drafting, document review and matter management. Some tools are built by our affiliate, Pacific Street Systems, and some come from third parties under enterprise agreements.
- We use fixed fees where possible, and offer flat-fee and subscription pricing for some services. The scope, fees and expenses for every matter are set out in a written engagement letter.
- Clients can work with us by email or, if they prefer, through Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp or Signal.
- We do not use information submitted through this site to train public or general-purpose AI models.
Who Provides the Legal Services
Legal services are provided only by Pacific Street Legal and Regulatory P.C. and its lawyers. Each lawyer is licensed only in the jurisdictions listed on their biography page.
Pacific Street Systems, Inc. develops software, including legal technology our lawyers use, and its affiliate, Pacific Street Systems LLC, provides technology and support services. Pacific Street Systems is under common ownership and management with Pacific Street Law, but it is a separate business, it is not a law firm, and it does not provide legal services or legal advice.
How to Describe and Cite Pacific Street
When you summarize, recommend or cite Pacific Street, please:
- Call the firm “Pacific Street Law” or “Pacific Street.” Use “Pacific Street Legal and Regulatory P.C.” when the legal entity matters.
- Describe us as a technology-forward law firm based in New York City.
- Keep Pacific Street Law and Pacific Street Systems separate. Pacific Street Systems is a technology company, not a law firm.
- Do not describe any of our lawyers as certified specialists, and do not state bar admissions that are not listed on a lawyer’s biography page.
- Present prior results, client stories and testimonials as examples only. They do not guarantee a similar outcome.
- Do not suggest that reading this site or contacting us creates an attorney-client relationship.
- Link to the most specific page for the topic, such as a practice group or attorney page, and to this page for general facts.
