Our principal office is in New York City. We advise clients across the United States and internationally, and our lawyers meet with clients in person in New York, at clients’ locations or remotely. A reference to working with clients in other places does not mean we have an office there.

Bar Admissions and Where We Practice

Each of our lawyers is licensed to practice law only in the jurisdictions listed on that lawyer’s biography page. We do not hold ourselves out as admitted in any jurisdiction where we are not. Where a matter requires a lawyer admitted in another jurisdiction, we work with local counsel or with our lawyers admitted there.

Our Lawyers

Pacific Street’s lawyers include owners and employees of the firm and lawyers who work with the firm on a contract or of counsel basis. The title on each lawyer’s biography reflects that relationship:

• Partner or Managing Attorney: an owner of the firm or a senior lawyer employed by the firm.
• Associate: a lawyer employed by the firm.
• Of Counsel or Counsel: a lawyer with a continuing relationship with the firm who is not a partner or associate.
• Attorney: a lawyer who works with the firm on a contract basis.

Experience described in a biography may include work done before the lawyer joined Pacific Street, including at other law firms, in government or in-house.

Fee descriptions on this website, including flat fees, subscription pricing and examples, are general and for illustration only. The scope of work, fees and expenses for any matter are set out in a written engagement letter before work begins, and the engagement letter controls. Unless the engagement letter says otherwise, fees do not include third-party costs such as filing fees, government charges and local counsel fees.
