Biography

Roman’s practice covers USPTO prosecution and office-action responses, registration maintenance and renewals, Madrid Protocol and foreign filings coordinated with local counsel, trademark monitoring, and cease-and-desist strategy. He also represents clients in contested matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in domain-name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization. He works with e-commerce, software, and consumer-goods businesses to build portfolios that can be used and defended in the marketplace.
